  • Account Information: When you create an ICR Infinite account, we collect your name, email address, password, and subscription details.

  • Payment Information: Purchases and subscriptions are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details.

Account Deletion

Registered users can permanently delete their ICR Infinite account from the Profile section of My Account. Account deletion is available directly through the website and does not require a phone call or email request.

  1. Sign in to your ICR Infinite account.
  2. Open My Account and select the Profile section.
  3. Scroll to Permanently Delete Your Account and select Delete Account.
  4. In the confirmation window, select Permanently delete my account history and associated data.
  5. Select Delete Account to complete the deletion request.

Deletion is permanent and the account cannot be restored. Limited transaction, legal, security, or fraud-prevention records may be retained when required. Deleting an ICR Infinite account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; Apple-billed subscriptions must be managed separately through the user’s Apple Account.
